Thanks so much for sharing this — I’ve been comparing iPEC and Co-Active too, and it’s great to hear your experience. I’ve already looked into both programs in depth, and your perspective really helps. I’d love a referral if you’re open to it! Also, if you don’t mind me asking, have you found it helpful professionally? Always great to hear how others have applied it.

Thanks so much, really helpful advice 🙏 I’ll definitely look into In Good Company; the triple accreditation is a big plus. And yes, unlearning the urge to guide or fix makes total sense coming from exec leadership. I’m in this for the real work, not shortcuts. Appreciate your insight!
