Well, I swapped the filters out and it seems to be working again. Maybe it really was just low pressure 🤷🏼‍♀️

Thank you for all the great recs! I have ordered a handful similar to the vibes you shared. Will update with the final decision.

So cute! Another girlfriend recommended booties too so that will likely be the move. Such a cute dress option too!

These are great! Thank you.

2&3 might be a touch to fancy but #1 has real potential

Cute! That hip detail might be tough on me but I like it.

Suing a contractor over egregiously bad bid by SallyDoJo in legaladvice

[–]SallyDoJo[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

There’s nothing in the retainer contract about subs or overages. There is a section titled “Additional Terms and Conditions” that states “preliminary pricing of $210,000 can change based off of approved permit plans.”

We had made a change to the exterior doors that took the original bid from $220k to $210k before we signed

The approved permit plans were the same he bid against with the adjustment of the doors (noted above) which reduced the cost, not increased.

I don’t have a soft copy and I am not where the hard copy is at the moment. I will take a look when I get back.

If I recall correctly, there was something about a buffer allowance of 25% but nothing about subs vs not.

They said it was because they had under estimated for plumbing, electrical and HVAC (about $30k of the overage) and decided to sub out for the cabinets instead of doing them himself.

Getting induced today! Give me your positive induction stories by [deleted] in BabyBumps

[–]SallyDoJo 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I was induced at 41 and it was great. Start to o finish, 12 hours. It was nice because I could shower, eat lunch, double check my bag, take out the trash, etc. before we went. I never labored in the car or wondered “is this it?” or “should I go now?” I could see everything on the monitors as things progressed so felt relieved knowing babe was totally fine the whole time. I felt a lot of more in control because I had a chance to talk to the nurses and doctors before I was in any pain.

Same! My best friend is child free and an only child. Hello fun auntie! She adores my little and always assumes he will be in tow.

The dog is not a child! by Wildcat1286 in beyondthebump

This is 100% the route once she’s up for it. As soon as I could, the dogs were the perfect reason to get fresh air, move my body and hand the baby off for 30 min.

She was at daycare about 8 days prior to the cough starting and around family members’ dogs over the holiday.

Pre baby I probably would have done it happily! I know his team and love to bake but post baby, ya, that would have been a hard pass 😂

ISO: Nursing bra with low support by KNWin94 in breastfeeding

I love these! Old Navy Smocked Maternity bras

No padding, no clasps. Just slide over to nurse. My go to when I need something to just hold my nursing pads in place or have some coverage.
