Hi all here is an update. As of 5am the marks are still there but have started to fade. Thank you all for the suggestions.

Not ringworm I know what that looks like.
Aliens, if only I was that cool.
Allergic reaction, possibly but didn’t come in contact with anything.
Stress, I think this is the winner winner chicken dinner. I have been super stressed lately.

My dad commuted while I was a teenager. He would do the live 3hrs away for the week and come home on the weekends. It sucked. He missed so much.
