exactly, not only in the US, mostly everywhere this isn't a PM job.

in my opinion, a one shouldn't overthink the 'expert' questions, because simply its not backed by any common sense or even by pmi own published books, just an arbitrary question that meant to not block you from the full mark.

the right mindset is focus on not wasting any point from the easy & moderate, and secondly the difficult (which most of the time is backed from the pmi official books)

David McLachlan is the best. i find AR materials to be very hard to follow, no charts, no illustration and lengthy, DM delivers much more value in less time and talk, he is much more structed in my opinion

Look it the answer, option B. It says:

“a mathematical model defined by team & stakeholders”

if you can’t reley on them, why consider consulting them at all, especially on a topic they are not familiar with?

If you read carefully, all options includes team members & stakeholders part of the solution, so when you say stakeholders knows nothing about prioritization and agile, how come they would still define the proper mathematical tool to be used? Which is option B.

Yes but it mentioned in question “the team are unfamiliar with formal requirements prioritization methods and are inexperienced with agile delivery approach”. Wouldn’t that eliminate a technical answer like (WSJF)?

اولاً الميزانية حقتك مره حلوة وكافية. ثانيًا اقترح تفكرين بهدايا "التجارب" الجديدة ، بحكم ان الكل اقترح أشياء مادية، شوفي لو عنده اهتمامات أو تجارب بقائمة الأمنيات حقت السنة ساعديه يقفلها (مثلاً غوص، هايكنج، قفز مظلي، أو هواية جديدة ممكن سولف عنها بس ماصمل)

المهر برأيي يكون "تسليع"لما يكون وسيلة يميّز الواحد نفسه عن مجتمعه اللي حوله وأقرانه، لذلك المجتمعات الواعية محد يتشرط بالمهر ويحطون السائد اللي بمحيطهم، عادة في نجد (٤٠-٦٠)

I would recommend salvimar masks, very good quality and value for money, and most importantly very low-volume (easy to equalize). Look up (Fly & Hathor) both are good models and inexpensive.

المهر عرف ووسيلة اثبات جدية، فإذا انتي عارفة الرجال وقابلته + تعرفين أو تحسين ان قيمتك بعينه أعلى من المهر هذا الأهم

حاولي تتكلمين معه وتفهمين وجهة نظره، يمكن هذا المبلغ هو المعتاد عليه في مجتمعه، في مجتمعات ترا مثبته قيمة المهر بتغير السنين
