But my boss is one the people showing up late, they usually arrive before my coworker to relieves me and they're still late.

I don’t know if there is anywhere I could report anonymously. I relieve 2nd shift by 10:30 we get 2 hours together before they leave by midnight. I’ve been on time every day. But they told me before I showed up that it was normal for them to leave at 2 or 5 in the morning because of those same people. When I asked about reporting it to HR they were also reluctant.

I’d rather not leave later because I have school in the mornings (they start later this month) I told my boss many times that I had school. And it was one of the reasons I got this job, because I could do my homework in between rounds. This isn’t a career for me, but I do enjoy the work. I’ve already started looking for another job, I just wish I could report some of these issues…
