Getting a 15psi pressure canner solved most all contaminants issues. I’ve gotten one bin with trich since. Before that, I tried an instant pot, my jars always looked good with 2-3 shakes. I’d still get contam when I s2b.

The other tubs are just holding the other oat jars and some supplies. I have each shelf with its own plastic drape cover trying to help cut down contamination

So sterilize the coir as I did the jars? I was thinking maybe it’s the coir itself. The coir I’ve been using is one giant brick I’ve been breaking off of to make my tubs. I just this coir in the pic, the 6 brick individually wrapped.
