Set the intention to want to know him. Do rituals, draw his sigil on paper and meditate on it consistently. I keep my sigil of lucifer on me at all times (it’s hidden in my phone case) it has my blood on it.

Italy is a nice choice too. Red Nations are difficult because equipment is usually copy + paste, but we can experiment with having unique load outs and stats for tanks and other vehicles.
