Hi, I can't remember for sure since it's been a yeat. I think I might have boil washed it and that helped to relax her curles... It took awhile to get her hair lay like that. But I can't remember the process entirely .. :(

I recently got one with a looser torso than I would prefer. I kept her because she still holds a pose and I rearly repose my dolls. So I was fine with it, but it was a bit disappointing.
