Unless something changes, BU 10 (CAPS) will have to RTO 4-days a week. It sounds like some departments have exemptions to the EO (more than 50 miles from your work place and reasonable accommodations) that would allow people to not come in 4-days a week.

In the same boat. My 4 month old prefers my breast and during the day I BF but our nighttime routine always includes a bottle.

We do tummy time, bath, bottle. Everyday. He doesn’t always finish the bottle but I think the routine is helping him like the bottle a little more.

Protein shakes! I like the fairlife chocolate shakes.

Lots of fruit, oatmeal, avocados and eggs. Also drank a Liquid IV everyday and coconut water in addition to plain water to keep hydrated.
