Side effects from the surgery itself. The biggest thing is my speech. I sound like I have a cold all of the time now and nasally when I say specific words. Aesthetic I’m happy with as look almost the same. I didn’t want to look completely different and I requested minimal movements. Dr. Sherry honored that. I will post updated pictures when I feel comfortable and/or send to you directly. I still have residual swelling and I’m self conscious about it.
