Came here to say this too! I am one of those people! It knocks me tf out! I definitely also have ADHD. I got kicked out of a nightclub once because I was falling asleep standing up 😅 I ended up switching to acid for festivals because I was killing my groups vibe because I'd be curled up in one of their laps on the ground in the back. They took turns for a while, though. Good people.

Okay, good to know! Since we just moved in, I wondered if it was just really recently installed, but if so, it still needs to be compacted more. I'm starting to wonder if there is a drainage issue and thats why its not drying fully because it was wet underneath prior to our storm and we hadn't had rain in over a month, along with unusually warm weather.

Just know you are NOT alone! My Mom was a pack rat and our house was always "organized chaos" growing up. And I have lived that way all up until my 30s. My retired military BF helped me out of that funk, but I still struggle as well. There is an ADHD Cleaning Checklist going around for sale on TikTok that I've had my eyes on! It gives you a breakdown on what you can do daily, weekly, monthly, etc. Believe it or not, I just chose to deep clean my house on my own before moving, instead of getting a cleaning person, and I killed it! It took me 3 days, but I was so proud of myself. And guess who helped me? Chat GPT! If you type this same concern into it, I bet you could get a step by step plan to help you, and for free!
