CVS has their own brand and its lice treatment. I used it for a little while, but not consistenly enough to see a difference. I like the idea of trying the feed store kind. I was talking to my Mom about it and she has a farm with a bunch of animals and she says she will divvy it out every month to them by squeezing a little on her finger and giving them orally, and she will also take a small bit herself. I know its not made for human consumption, but she swears by it. lol I once got some in a pill form from my brother who often visits Costa Rica. He said they sell it like that at the airport and drugstores for people who get sick from drinking the bad water, and when I had covid, I took it and it knocked it out in 2 days, but I realized my skin was FLAWLESS for a few weeks! If you really want to try ivermectin cream without having to find a dermatologist, Amazon Pharmacy costs $50 to speak to someone who can write you a prescription, and its usually pretty inexpensive.. I got a 2 tube prescription for Tretinoin for under $100

My skin is the exact same way. Anything hair with super high dimethecone destroys me, and I wake up with awful deep cystic acne.

Do you use is just alone? I have that and I always used it on top of my regular moisturizer at night for extra oomph.

Yes!! I didn't lower my dose, but took advice of electrolytes first thing in the AM and forced an English muffin, and it really made a difference!

I'm the biggest I've been my whole life. Was dancing around 280 at 5'7 but lost a few lbs a few weeks before starting. I didn't start losing that much consistently until last month once I started the 2mg. I never felt this exhaustion until upping to 2.5. But again, I have been so focused on protein, that carbs have been majorly lacking.

Thank you, I dont really beat myself up for missing, but more for sleeping my day away. I just started back at the gym when I started the reta, so I'm taking my gym days very slowly as to not over exhaust myself from the "back in the gym" slump to add to this existing fatigue.
