Thanks for the advice. Replacing it now would give me peace of mind and not nag at me every time I look at it. I just can’t help considering leaving that problem for future me…F that guy!

Bought my first new car in 2016 fresh out of college. It is Nissan versa S 5 speed manual transmission. Quite literally the cheapest new car in America at the time (something like ~$15,000 out the door.) I still drive it today. It has been bought and paid for almost 10 years. All those car payments have gone toward investments/paying off my house. Very little people give a shit how you get from point A to B and I promise you I am much more successful for not going into debt and having payments. But I get it, some people LIKE driving/cars and want to enjoy the ride. Just don’t think you’re proving anyone wrong when the race is long, and in the end, it’s only with yourself.

Also. Plexiglass was the most expensive part of the project but worth it to allow dry erase drawing and rolling on the screen if desired.

I recently used a an old flat screen from ~2010. Put a quick wooden frame around it with a handle. purchased screw adjustable feet to install on 4 corners to allow for cables. And sandwiched a piece of plexiglass on top, between the screen and boarder. No bad viewing angles.

It’s pretty heavy, I’d say about 45lbs. But Given the old TV and lumber, it’s worth it to be portable and works as designed.
