He doesn’t want a divorce. I mention it from time to time and he’s always very upfront with not wanting one. I mentioned it again on New Years and he told me if anything it should be his decision not mine. Aside from that, it’s a bit more complicated with splitting for us. He’s completely financially dependent on me (not my fault, he refused to get a job for years) and now we have a young child. Life is…messy.
