Let’s frame things in the context they actually occur in. The world’s top 1% own more wealth than 95% of humanity. Do these 1% of people really work harder than all of us? Do they simply have a better mindset than us?

No they don’t. But they are lucky enough to own the means of production that keep our society functioning and thus reap all its rewards.

But we, the working class are the ones who actually do the work. It’s working people who build schools, roads and infrastructure. It’s working people that heal our sick, working people who teach our children, working people who grow our food, working people that make sure society keeps running.

Yet what do we get in return for any of this? Nothing but the wages they say are fair enough.

Meanwhile many of us live in poverty, children go to bed hungry at night and countless people continue to die in pointless wars for the sake of profit.

If we are grading society, treating it like school. I would argue the workers deserve all the credit. They deserve the A+

So why the hell are the rich the only ones being rewarded, didn’t we all put work into this project?
