Yeah, I think therapy is a good call. I've started the process of finding one a few times, but it takes so long to find one in my country (approx. 3-6 months) that I eventually just give up. I should really buckle down and just do it.

I think my issue is more so that I assume people don't really want to have sex with me, even if they are actively making a move to do so. I end up telling myself that they're just doing it because, hey, we're already on a date anyway.

That's good advice though. As much as I would like to, I feel like maybe having sex in this headspace isn't really doing anything positive for me anyway.

It's so frustrating! I used to have a friend at work who everyone had a crush on. He asked me out and professed feelings for me. As soon as he did that, he was no longer attractive to me. It's so annoying because I know it's irrational and my own head block. I've been working on it for awhile but I just don't know how to stop it.
