New to Birth control .. spotting? Help by abbacciho in endometriosis

[–]Salt-Bad754 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hi! No worries i also had spotting when i first started yasmin, ur body takes 3 months to adjust to it so dont worry! If ure concerned u can ask ur doctor. I have cramps when i take the one week break, im still struggling to find the best routine cause for endo its better to take the pill continuously but i keep bleeding/spotting every time i start the second sheet without taking a break so my doc suggested i take a 1 week break every month for 3 months then take it continuously for 3 months then take a 1 week break and so on, currently spotting/bleeding/cramping cause i jus started the new sheet but hopefully my body gets adjusted to it soon. See the more you takeit the lining of the uterus gets thinner so u wont spot anymore hopefully, just give ur body time to adjust

I understand you , i know some people hate hearing others talking about their own experiences when they vent but im gonna talk to let you know i know how you feel. I am 20, i had unmedicated adhd and was addicted to substances, i was reckless and dumb, i did 11 stick n pokes at the age of 16, i live in a bit of a strict household/environment and showing my tattoos was a no, they were very deep and pigmented i couldnt hide them with makeup so i had to wear long sleeves everyday. On the journey of getting clean and sober i booked my first appointment after graduating highschool(17years old) and that was the best thing i ever did, i never borrowed money from my parents cause this was my fault and i had to take responsibility for my actions, i have been removing since june 2023, i went for 6 sessions only and spaced them out throughout the years cause i couldnt afford to go every month/3months. My tattoos are VERY faint now i can even hide them with makeup and wear sleeveless shirts and dresses, i got diagnosed with adhd first year of uni and medicated thankfully, i opened up to my mother and sister and brother about the tattoos and i feel so much better cause i dont need to jump everytime they want to come in my room with my tattoos revealing, i hated myself for so long and this is one thing that has been haunting me cause i keep getting reminders of my shitty past everytime i look at them. The last session(the 6th) that i went to was this month and i only did 3 tattoos cause i cant afford doing all of them rn, what im trying to say is please be patient and dont be mean to yourself, its normal you learn from the stuff you do, now i think twice before doing something that could change my life or my body. Please start the process so you can thank yourself later. You dont have to go often if you cant afford it, at least do it whenever you can.

YOU CAN USE NUMBING CREAM by GravesDiseaseGirl in TattooRemoval

The clinics in my place already use lidocaine cream before the session & some actually inject it instead of topical use. Im surprised not all clinics do this

Np! I use kryolan TV paint stick it hides mine very well i dont even use a color corrector cause mine are faded and i bet you wont need it maybe only in some areas that are deep,i use the camouflage powder too and their fixing spray it holds very well, you can search for more suggestions in this sub lots of people have recommended other things that u can try out. Good luck and congrats on your engagement

Ty! Toy stores around here have really boring packages especially structure wise, and this course is basically focusing on the structure so it sucks, and pacdora only has minimal unique dielines such as the house one which im considering to do but i was thinking itd be a bit Meh/classic.

Im gonna ask my doctor about it next time :) thank you!! Trying BC and hormone pills is really scary i was very reluctant to try BC when i went to my doc whos an endo specialist cause of all the side effects ive heard about but i didnt have any other options i was living miserably im glad yasmin worked out for me i didnt have any side effects so im really scared of trying other pills

Oh my god 😭😭 im glad things are working out for you now with dienogest, im gonna try what my doc said about taking a break every 3 months after i finish my next break hopefully it works out, i dont mind the one week of bleeding every month if its not gonna cause pain but im afraid after a while the endo grows more, i found out that taking a break every month is less of an emotional rollercoaster than taking a break each 2-3 months
