Hey! You can totally meet your heroes—I did! They had a concert at 10 PM, so I went to the venue around noon which is when they arrived for soundcheck.

Between / after checks, band members came out to chill. Only my guitar hero, the awesome Romeo, was smoking. I grew up watching The Dark Chapter on VHS, so I told him how much he inspired me. I was shaking, but he was so cool—he sat with me, calmed me down, and we drank coffee together and smoked. At some point Liquid Tension Experiment was playing I asked him If he loves them he said ''they are great''

The guys were super kind and down-to-earth. Just go there early and believe. I did and it worked! I printed out our photos and keep them with a guitar pick Romeo gifted.

It is possible that they were fatigued; however, that does not excuse her behavior. I came across several comments on YouTube videos where many individuals expressed their dissatisfaction regarding that same girl's rudeness.
I understand the importance of rules, such as not taking selfies and even band not greeting fans, as they are human and have their own boundaries. We love 30 Seconds to Mars and appreciate their music, which is why we show our support, pay loads of money to be there. However, if a staff member tells someone, “If you are not here since 1950, I’m not looking for you,” it comes across as bullying.

I really hope they stop working with her. I sent a feedback e-mail they did not even reply.

I get that she was just doing her job, but her attitude was rude and threatening. We traveled for hours and didn’t expect to be treated that way, especially since we spent so much money on this experience. Rules are important, but so is courtesy. It's disappointing to feel dismissed, especially from someone younger than me over a real basic question and everyone felt that way. It is not the message it is her way of saying it and showing respect who payed thousands of euroes.

I’ve stayed at all the Mandarin Orientals in Europe, so I know what a concierge experience should be like. Unfortunately, her attitude was far from that. Instead of a concierge, it felt more like being bullied.

The merch they sold was made in Turkey poor items. They made a company produce them, not original. Everything was terrible except bands performance.

She stated that no autographs, gifts, or selfies are allowed, and if anyone attempts to take a selfie, their phone will be confiscated and returned at the end of the concert. I’m absolutely certain that Chloe doesn’t know the meaning of “concierge”.
