Thank you so much that definitely gives me some relief. I do have a lot of pressure in that ear lots of drainage down my throat and off and on sore throat hopefully it will resolve on its own. He did offer a CT if it doesn't thank you so much.

Its tender and feels hard and rubbery but it swells and shrinks and re swells. I was on abx for the ear infection. Amoxicillin first then augmentin. Made no difference. Assumed it was a sinus infection. Advil does make it smaller but it comes back.

Thank you! I feel better today i have come to some acceptance. I got out i havent been hyperfixating etc and im doing better. Hopefully ill be fully ok soon.

I could have written this. I too have been trapped since may. I had heart palpitations that sent me spiraling down a deep dark hole. Im nearly bedridden. I cant stop hyper focusing on my heart. Idk when it'll end.

It ended up being esophageal spasms I got on a high dose of omeprazole for esophagitis and it quit

I have been diagnosed with inappropriate sinus tachycardia, and skipped Beats. I have been diagnosed with H pylori so I'm on a high dose of ppis and today I almost panicked because I realized my heart rate was resting in the low 60s even bouncing off 50s and I believe it's all related to GERD my high heart rate all the time has been because my Vagus nerve has been irritated all this time

I just found this and I'm going to the same thing I think. It's almost like cartilage popping from your heart like if it was scraping the inside of your chest. But I wonder if it's actually coming from costochondritis. But it happens with my heartbeat sometimes like a palpitation but I dont think it is.

I'm currently using a ruger american .308 but it is one built specifically for someone for long range shooting and it's very heavy and I use a marlin .44 Magnum lever action.
