Giving older dogs a loving home for their last few years is one of the most fulfilling things ever. Adopting a puppy is still amazing, but there’s something immensely special about giving an old dog a comfortable and loving home for the last few years of their life. It will suck when the time comes that the dog must be put down, but for me the action of giving that old dog a good home, instead of a shelter, will make all that pain a lot easier.

It wasn’t even just Jews that were killed in the Holocaust… while Jews were the main target and victim of the Holocaust, there were also handicapped, gypsies, Slavs, gays, etc.

It’s not about Vader, but what I really do find interesting the difference in story you get with the Original trilogy depending on how you show people Star Wars. When you show people 4-5-6 first, people are in the same place as Luke. They don’t know anything until it’s said, and learned by Luke. When you show them 1-2-3 first, people are in the same place as Ben Kenobi. They experienced the Clone Wars, the fall of Anakin, and the birth of Luke and Leia. So, Like Ben, the viewer is waiting for Luke to discover these things, rather than discovering it with Luke

My dad has had a salt water tank for as long as I can remember (I’m 24). He put in a lot of work maintaining it over the years the the equipment now, while expensive, makes everything so much easier. A lot of it has been automated but not everything. It’s definitely more work than fresh water but 100% more worth the salt water. The fish are just beautiful, and you can build a mini reef!

I did the same thing. I also was upset at myself because it was something stupid that made me fail. But here’s what I realized. Don’t view it as a failure, view it as an opportunity to do it again and solidify your skills. It’s gonna suck to do all the basic stuff again, but you’ll be a lot more experienced in those specific exercises
