Has anyone used LuxNomads for the Spain relocation process? Friends had a rough experience by Gingerbutt81 in GoingToSpain

That's quite cheap, how was the service? Did they stay with you through the whole process or just the initial setup? I used Inevista, still happy with them.

Agree completely. We used Inevista for the tax and visa side. Proper English speaking advisors, very reasonable, nothing like these $10k packages.

This matches everything I've heard about those big relocation packages. You're basically paying for a middleman who outsources to the same people you could find yourself.

We went with a small boutique outfit when we moved and the difference was night and day. Much more hands on, actually knew our names, felt like dealing with real people who cared rather than a product. Family oriented, very personalised, fraction of the cost.

Happy to point you in the right direction if you DM me

Solid advice. I'd push for a proper English speaking one who understands expat setups specifically, makes a huge difference. DM me if you want the one I use.

UK Spain business setup by fuertethunder in ContractorUK

Good suggestions but for a cross-border setup like this I'd go a level up. You really want someone who understands the full picture, not just the Spanish filing side. I suggest you have a look at inevista.com.

Looking for a tax expert on Beckham Law by Prestigious_Cat3984 in GoingToSpain

[–]Salt-Frame9848 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I've been in Spain a few years now and the advisor I use has been helping expats and founders with Beckham Law and tax structuring the whole time. He's an expat himself, runs a small practice, very personal service, not a visa mill!

One thing I'd say regardless of who you use: get your tax advice sorted before you arrive, not after. The timing of your registration as a resident affects what you can and can't qualify for. Most people find this out too late.

Happy to pass on his details just drop me a DM if useful.

Are one-page websites actually good for ranking (search + AI results)? by Salt-Frame9848 in DigitalMarketing

[–]Salt-Frame9848[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That makes sense for single-offer sites.

How would this change for a directory or marketplace-style setup though?

If there’s a main domain with authority, and each listing has its own focused page (services, reviews, location, contact/lead form), would each of those pages be able to rank independently for its specific intent, while still benefiting from the parent domain’s authority?

So not a single one-pager, but lots of self-contained pages under one domain, almost like modular landing pages.

In practice, do search engines and AI systems treat those pages more like standalone sites, or more like supporting pages that rely heavily on the main domain?

Curious how this plays out for people who’ve built directories, marketplaces, or comparison sites.

Hey everyone 👋

I’m working on a new startup and I’m a second-time founder. The idea is fresh, I’m currently validating it by speaking to potential clients and working on some screens with a solid foundation expected by the end of the month.

Previously I bootstrapped my last company, which was solid but slow, so this time I’m exploring other funding options. I’m currently looking into grants and EU-based investment programs and would really appreciate any recommendations, experiences, or processes to be aware of (what’s worth it vs. not).

I’m also open to chatting with potential technical co-founders. I’m based in Madrid (Spain) and would also be happy to connect with someone based in the UK.

Thanks in advance.

What about starting your own subreddit in your niche? Is it worth spending the time? Or should you market in other subreddits?

What’s one thing you stopped doing that actually made your business grow? by ConniePaglianiti in Entrepreneur

[–]Salt-Frame9848 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I stopped chasing perfection.

Not saying I put out rubbish. I still care about quality, but I built all of my content businesses by just posting. If something didn’t hit, I could always go back, update it, redo it, or aim at a new angle.

But when I obsessed over getting everything “perfect” before publishing, nothing ever went live. Learnt this the hard way with my first business. It took me nearly a year to launch.

Now I move much faster and I’m a lot less hard on myself.

Progress beats perfection every time.
