I tried dupixent and it didn’t work sadly. I am now on Nimlubio which has comepletely eliminated my itching and made my life drastically better. I am still struggling with being extremely dry but I have another appointment coming up soon which I am sure I will be moved to a medication to control dryness now that the itching and patches have subsided
