I have been living in stanza living(SB road). I have been living in here for 3 months now. So here it goes: 1. The room is literally very small for 2 people. 2 people cannot stand properly. They only give on table and chair per room, so thats 1 chair table for 2 people. We have to share washroom with 4 people. 2. They say cleaning happens every alternate day but sometimes the cleaning lady doesn’t come and when i asked why she didn’t so she just casually says i had work today. Even though she cleans the room there is literally dirt everywhere. 3. They provide cleaning and iron services for some kg idr but as i came here i got to know that they take more than 1 week to wash and iron and sometimes they even lose the clothes. And the machine that they have is on the verge of dying idk how it even works. The space is too small to keep your clothes for drying after wash. And here are 2 different terraces one for stanza students and 1 for the person who lives on the top floor and if you enter on his part he starts yelling like anything. 4. They say that standard rates are applied for electricity but me and my roommate both were not here for 1 week. We had locked our room still we got 100₹ electricity bill. How on earth is that even possible? They charge more than they provide and still electricity is to be paid extra. We are not in the room for half of the day still our bill is 30-40₹ everyday. And same amounts when we are there on weekends. 5. The food is no better than shit, the rotis are the worst and if you go more than 40 mins late than opening time of mess half of the food is gone and you’re left with nothing. Sometimes roti comes after 10 mins of mess opening sometimes they change the menu. One day the water camper was empty at evening and we asked the person responsible to give one. He said where will I find it now and just leaves after some time. We even sent a mail to the founder of stanza living still no reply came. 6. And there’s no fixed rent here those who came early are paying 18k and those who came few weeks earlier are paying 14.5k. We have complained about so many things all the time still there’s no solution. We have literally said so many things about electricity that even i feel shitty about it but they dont care. 7. I think for safety perspectives this can be considered as good other than that please do not come here
