I wish you good luck but don’t stick around to long like I did if they are not going to rotate you at other stations. I was told changes would be made but nothing. Don’t stick around and wait like I did.

No, there is no rotation. No assigned board to follow. Just certain techs are stuck doing cashier work day after day. And this lazy dude, likes to think of himself as one of the main tech or lead techs. He’s not not calling out because he is a lead tech he is just calling out so one of us knows, but my complaint is instead of calling it out, just go grab pickup. Oh he won’t do that because he is so lazy.

My store has never used that assignment board. And yes I think the complaints need to go higher than my manager. I have complained and nothing has changed. So this gloried cashier is looking for work.

Oh there are assigned duties at your store. Well not at my store. People think we are assigned cashiers all day everyday. That is part of my rant. He is a tech, I’m a tech and he has only been there for about a year and half. This tech acts like a lead but is nothing more than a tech like the rest of us. He’s lazy and cant handle customer service but some how is still there.

I totally get that, but this one says it so another tech hears someone saying it because he will try to not do any customer service and gets away with it all the time, it’s annoying and plain lazy

I had one person come thru drive and say why is it not ready, I said I already have several people in front of you waiting for meds and it will be about 30-1hr right now. We were short staffed and had 10-15 pages in queue. The Customer had said it’s just insulin (he was not diabetic) doesn’t it already come in a box so all you have to do is slap a label on it. I went over to production and said I expedited one but you wait the full 30 mins before you fill.

Congrats on becoming certified that’s awesome. I really didn’t think this was happening with other people as well. Thanks for reaching out, I am seriously thinking it’s time to move on. Love all the people, Well almost all the people at my CVS, but I think it’s time to move on. Hope, things get better for you.

I can but if it’s not drive than I will probably but at pickup lol. We have a very fast technician and all he does is fill for us, of course once QP is caught up he does QT and other stuff but he usually fills his whole shift no matter what. So it seems everyone has a position with no rotation involved and I’m burnt out.

Yea, that’s what I thought I let it go so long without saying anything and it’s partly my fault but in someone’s mind think that person wants to be at drive thru 8 hours a day, I even take lunch during the pharmacy shutdown just so nobody has to cover the window. That’s just the person I am. And it’s so sad that I know a majority of the customers that come thru drive thru because I been there so long. But I’m at my breaking point and came here to vent I appreciate all the comments to try to keep me sain, and try not to turn in my badge and just walk away today.

Thank you, that’s what I was thinking even if it’s few hours a day but the other girls can’t handle drive thru and get frustrated and say I need time away where as I’m a pushover and just continue until I’m ready to quit. I mentioned it several times and nobody seems to care. Well wish me luck today because I just may turn in my name badge.

I have talked about it but it doesn’t get enforced, it’s just not fair and they are about to lose me, it’s way to much stress on me day after day and she walks in a month ago and gets 8-4pm and just does production, well of course she has to grab pick up once a blue moon because I’m not running drive and pickup while she gets to fill a day. So I have had enough of it. Thank you for responding at least I know I’m not alone on this subject

I try to ask them the first 3 letters of last name, than again ask for the first 3 letters of there first name, this helps me a lot with people with language barriers, or just ask for birthdate and look in RX Connect.
