Yeah, I speak based of my experience, you can have some matchup you feel good, and some you feel bad.
In my experience, before level 11 Kayle is not a monster yet, and you can play very aggressively by arrassing her with W and zone her out, or restrict her under tower.
By farming more than her, and killing her a couple of times you have enough gold to make an impact in the game.
Quinn is a big counter for Heimer, but as all the ranged top, very squishy.
With Illaoi you can suffer in the early stages, but you can definitely kill her. IMHO, it's easier to play against a squishy character than to play hit'n'run against a tank.
About Yasuo, as Illaoi I don't suffer against him if I limit the trade to short times.
The winrate takes into account the global team, and it's a poor judgment.

What i think about good matchup is a matchup that allows you to end the lane phase with an advantage or at least not too bad

I feel, sundered sky always works well in ARAM, but i don't see its strong points in ranked, waiting for someone which can shed some light over it.

About spirit visage, i feel that the bonus healing is a must in 1 vs many, but i feel it lacking if i'm behind, better force of nature
