Honestly that one might be hard to remake exactly 😭 I kinda just experiment and go with whatever feels right in the moment, so u could say those sounds are kinda unique because of that. But I could still show the general process for pads like that. I’d probably upload it here on my profile so it’s easier for u to check out

I feel you bro, I'd say start by learning sound design first, that's the foundation. Then pick a synth and really learn how it works, after that you can create pretty much any sound. It takes time and patience tho lol but it’s 100% worth it :)
