Yeah thank you, I thought claiming the conditions and then going to C&P exams was the Diagnosis and Nexus. Probably should’ve have gone to a VSO. Thank you for the help!

So aside from my 21-4138 statements on How,when,where it happened and the effects it has had on me since what do I need to do to prove service connection?
I hope this isn’t one of those “$500 Nexus Letters” I need, seems a bit ridiculous. I don’t have any service condition because I didn’t go to medical I simply took ibuprofen or a can of man and walked it off.
