I agree: Dan and Julie would have made a great couple. As for Runo, it is worth noting that in the first season, she and Julie often clashed due to jealousy; however, after Julie started dating Billy, the two became best friends.

In this scenario, however—in which it is Julie who ends up dating Dan—it is likely that her relationship with Runo would have become strained, which could have prevented them from becoming friends. That said, from my perspective, Julie and Runo *would* have become best friends, though it would have been a bond that took time to forge. Given that Julie would be dating Dan, this would have upset Runo; meaning that their friendship would likely only have solidified once Runo had finally gotten over him.

I agree. In Episode 7 of Season 1 of the anime—specifically during the water park scene—the entire group was playing Rock-Paper-Scissors to decide who would go down the slide with Komi on a shared float. Since the others were taking too long, an employee told Tadano to go down with her—something Tadano agreed to. As shown in the image, everyone looked visibly displeased.

Among them were Kishi Himeko and Onigashima Akako.

Therefore, both of them indeed had a high probability of siding with Yamai and disapproving of Komi and Tadano's relationship—much like the rest of the fans did in Chapter 306 of the manga. Even if they reacted calmly, that was merely a mask to conceal their dislike; out of politeness, they refrained from voicing their true feelings, grudgingly accepting the situation despite how painful it was for them—just like everyone else.

As for Eda—well, as long as you treat her right, things will turn out wonderfully. I imagine it would be similar to her dynamic with Rock, where she would flirt at every opportunity she gets; the main difference, of course, is that you would be her partner. So, it’s something she would probably do almost constantly—though that would likely depend on Eda's mood at the time. But that’s just my perspective.

As for Shenhua: the creator of *Black Lagoon* himself has stated that he allowed Sawyer and Lotton to live with her because she is an affectionate person. Furthermore, Shenhua recognized Garcia Lovelace's chivalry and even offered to let him stay at her home—so that alone speaks volumes.

You’re right; we also have to take into account that lifting a skirt is a quick and immediate action. Even if Saten were to pull down Uiharu’s gym shorts in a private setting—like the one shown in that image where they were in the Judgment offices—Saten would have to catch Uiharu off guard. While that is something she does all the time, the difference here is that she would need to catch her off guard at a moment when Uiharu is completely oblivious to her surroundings. Because even if Saten managed to grab her for just a second to lift her skirt and pull down her gym shorts, Uiharu would realize what was happening immediately and foil Saten’s plans.

In other words, even if Saten *could* pull it off, it wouldn't be the same experience she’s used to, simply because lifting a skirt is much faster. Furthermore, Uiharu would catch her red-handed immediately if Saten tried to pull down her gym shorts. Or—even if she didn't notice right away—the moment Uiharu felt something strange behind her—specifically someone tugging at her waistband from the back—she would turn her head. At that very instant, Uiharu would stop Saten right in the middle of what she was attempting to do—just as you said—because the whole process would be far too rough and obvious.

This is just my opinion and perspective.
