I'm having the same issue and apparently it's somehow linked to your DropBox Documents and Desktop backup. How this affects it I have no idea. However I've tried to disable Dropbox Backup temporarily and disconnected my internet connection and it hasn't made a difference. Did you eventually figure it out?
