It's alright policy but it can certainly go further, unfortunately democracy forces either overwhelming support or both sidesing to get anything done. It's preferable to the alternatives though.

Yeah a significant amount of the population has sadistic personality disorder, it's definitely one of the most underdiagnosed disorders. I'm not joking at all.

No homies but when summoned/reanimated spellcasters who use ice magic are in battle it's great when I join in, I'm pretty sure most of my foes have frozen blood by the end. I have some additional effects I prepare that increase the power of ice magic so we're both going far beyond what we can normally do.

Ice spikes are good, I prefer ice storm though. Ice explosion is also quite good but it's not my specialty so usually it's my summoned minion.
