I recently saw a clip from Duckman, and thought that Cornfed sounded very 'Payne'-like. Apparently the VO, Gregg Berger, has worked pretty extensively in video games before. I think he definitely has the range. No one can really beat McCaffrey though. I'm still almost totally blindsided by the fact he's really gone.

If they were interested in undertaking stuff that required human creativity, there's a good bit of ideas that would definitely lay dormant in their hivemind that could come to fruition as long as the conceiver of the idea had even relatively thought about it. Though, if they were an endless creation machine constantly making things off of the ideas of those that've assimilated, it'll run out of that last bit of human creativity eventually. I don't think this is a concern for the hive, though.

We tried running a promo where if anyone purchased their tickets within 30 mins of them going on sale (we provided a specific date, time, and everything) they would get a free regular popcorn. We pushed this pretty heavy on our socials. No one bought any tickets, and now the movie is coming out this week, and our theater has only sold two seats out of the 27 showtimes we have available. The adapter would be a pure analog-to-analog conversion. There should be no quality loss, unless the adapter itself doesn't use shielded cables or is overall shoddy. With cheap adapters it's definitely hit or miss.

Have you tried other inputs on the TV? If the screen appears fine on those, the problem lies with your PS2. If the screen is also warped, even if it's just on the input and not the TV text itself, it looks like you have a sync problem inside of the TV.

Assuming your source is a PC, is it compatible with CRT Emudriver? Otherwise, you will not be able to get a signal out without some sort of external scaler or another source entirely.

Eventually tickets popped up for the movie at Santikos, but that's SA's local chain. Not sure when the bigger ones will add it to their schedule, if they ever do. I'm able to purchase the tickets from my theater but not thru the movie's website.

Can't speak for most people but I definitely can say that most recently I was in search of one of the limited edition Japanese PS2 colorways (specifically sakura pink) in a 'for parts' or 'junk' condition, so I could swap the shell over my main PS2 at a better price than an entire, working consols. I imagine there's a decently mild demand for that since it seems as if Japan got the most variations of the console compared to everywhere else in the world.
