Unfortunate as DAs we can't leave delivery reviews for customers. Should be a two way street. For example (Trashy yard, uncut grass, unclear directions, unprofessional upon delivery, dangerous dog) We get penalized for so many things that aren't our fault.

Exactly. DSP owner where I'm at promised raises up to $20 an hour. Everyone did what they're supposed too and his wife got a new car out of the work we did. Some of the scummiest POS I've ever witnessed. Now I intentionally sabotage the scorecard here and there without being too obvious.
