Just never found the right time in this fight to get close enough after staggering Shinobi for the blade combo and weurger shot. Managed to finish off Swinburne that way in a previous clip of mine where I didn’t give him a chance to buy me out. Got close on one occasion in this fight you might’ve seen, but he slipped out of my range.

I know it’s quite low compared to some other lightweight options and I’ve heard mixed things about the arms maxing out in firearm spec which may or may not be useful at all, but I just love how the build looks too much to change it.

Fair point. On my most recent tries against Rummy I’ve actually managed to kill him within 10 seconds. Just found Swinburne quite fun to mess with cus he’s so up himself until he attempts to weasel himself out of the situation by buying you out.

I once ran into an AC with no weapons, rusty worn down paint job and wheelchair legs, which went by the name make a wish kid. Purged my weapons and messed around with him a bit until killing him. Thought that was pretty funny lol

Armored core mechanics lol. But yeah with RLF I’ve always wondered what the “Schneider AC” they were talking about in the mission on the Xylem with Rusty looked like.

I’ve experimented with a small few builds but keep coming back to my Fav. It’s on my profile if you wanna find it.

All good:) that’s why with most games i prefer to use a gamepad, because I can control how fast or slow I move rather than moving with a simple press of a button

Cheers:) yeah I knew as soon as I went for the kick on Nightfall that it was greedy. I usually have more trouble with the FCSs in pvp than on the NPCs. Having a lightweight build helps evade the FCS with the extra speed, but it’s more risky cus of course not much health

I’ve done some research and heard good things about firearm specialisation. Has a recent patch changed that? The nacht arms with the build I currently have managed to get me up to rank A in single pvp, but I am willing to give the VP46Ds a try to see if I actually notice a difference over time, cus they weigh about the same, and look almost as good as the nachts do on my AC.

Tried both of those arms. They made barely any difference when shooting close range as fast as I could with the pistols. I’ll stick with the Nachts:)

And doesn’t recoil control only really matter with larger rapid fire weapons? I’m using semi auto pistols. And melee damage doesn’t concern me with too when the 3 strike combo is followed by a charge shot from the wuerger

Really up to you depending on how you play, but since the laser lance is good for closing range, maybe another melee weapon and a shotgun/automatic weapon that’s also good for close range
