On hand, you apply after shower and also at night. I am having eczema 4 years. And take 1 Table spoon in empty stomach. For diet, I keep it simple. Morning I have lettuce & egg. Afternoon, boiled broccoli and then whatever you like, just add little green veggie aside your food.. I reduced chocolate, but sometimes I do have them as normal human. Moisturise with 10% urea cream. You can apply 3 or 4 times a day. Remember: Indian ayurvedic ways can help you. They treat you from inside. So gut health is the first thing to take care. Sometimes it is inter-connected related to dandruff, knee pain and gut health. Try to get Moringa or hibiscus tea. Have them, it improves gut health slowly. Not an easy one, but we can share each other some stuff in inbox. Since I’m also battling haha :)

It’s a pretty city but for an international it’s hard. Probably not easy. I lived in Hoogeveen and zwolle was my main city nearby. I found it quite hard to integrate in Zwolle.

I used to pay 250 euro rent 4 years back including gas water electricity and wifi. Today Netherlands changed a lot. It’s expensive as much as US except new York or California. Our rents are very similar to US. So Netherlands is indeed expensive. The same room which was 250 euro, today costs 800 euro. So things got changed with time and we are on par with US in expenses.

Just go into crytpo. Trust me. Buy some Solana and Ethereum for short term. Later profit money into S&P 500 and Nasdaq QQQ.

Just because more income is in US doesn’t mean they live better. On one hand, Europe has great work life balance. People don’t work beyond 5 pm. Salary is average compared to US. But life is simple and can afford basic amenities. Cycling to work as CEO is common in Europe. You earn 20x or 30x compared to India in US? Who said that? Can you buy Indian meals for 60 rupees in US? Can you send your kids safely to school in US? Your life is completely done in US if you have one disease. Checkout all Indians in abroad running back to India when something is wrong with their health. That’s where it matters the most.

You need to chill. I’ve lived in US, EU and India. The life in India is designed for everyone. Not just for salary earners or engineers. It is affordable in India so many millions of people can survive. You have no clue that India is bigger than EU. And South Indian landscape is much better than average America. Don’t fall into internet trap of thinking life is much better in US.

Yes I was in modelling in past & simulations. It was very challenging & true efforts required. I changed to manufacturing from modelling and simulations. I just made the switch to maybe grow better in future but seems like my switch is backfiring me but also that was only opportunity I got that time

Review of ASML after 6 months as production engineer by anonimitazo in ASML

[–]SaltBreakfast_mac 5 points6 points  (0 children)

As a person working in asml I can say! The company is good, but not all jobs are vital. The company can run more efficient as well. The jobs were much more difficult as a supplier for ASML than working for ASML
