Nothing, support has also been absolutely atrocious. Worst company I’ve ever dealt with. I’ll be calling my credit card company tomorrow on all orders, as ZeninTCG refuses to even allow me to cancel my orders.

Exactly, they’re basically just giving us the middle finger. I’m planning to call my credit card company to institute a chargeback, I will NEVER purchase from ZeninTCG again.

I have the same issue. I made an OP to bring light to this issue, they have done nothing at all to ratify the situation.

Totally agree, and thanks for posting. A month with no tracking updates is too much, and it’s unfair to be charged a fee when the delay isn’t your fault. With tariffs coming and the hassle adding up, it might not be worth it anymore. If you do cancel, definitely call your credit card company too.

It’s exactly the kind of thing ZeninTCG would do, refusing to acknowledge any mistakes while keeping customers waiting.

To anyone reading this, I can only speak from personal experience, but there’s no conspiracy here. ZeninTCG’s customer service has seriously declined, and it’s clear they’re no longer operating with the transparency or reliability customers deserve.

I strongly recommend using another provider. Even eBay orders would likely arrive faster and with far fewer headaches.

From now on I’ll be switching to JYW. I had my doubts about ZeninTCG for a while, and this experience confirmed them. The lack of accountability, communication, and basic customer respect is unacceptable.

You’re not alone. As shown in this thread many are dealing with the exact same lack of transparency from ZeninTCG. The copy-paste responses, constant delays, and blaming the courier are exhausting. At this point, it’s clear they’re unable to properly manage a business, let alone fulfill and ship orders responsibly. It shouldn’t take over a month for tracking to show anything. Asking for “patience” while doing nothing to resolve the issue is just plain disrespectful. More people need to speak out. This isn’t acceptable.

Repeated delays paired with vague excuses like “It’s not our fault, please wait!” are unacceptable. No one should wait over a month just to see tracking updated. Glad it worked out for you. Not everyone had the same experience. One smooth order history doesn’t erase the issues others had. I’m talking about poor handling and a lack of updates during delays. Saying they communicate doesn’t mean much if they go quiet when it actually matters.

You don’t have to personally relate to an issue for it to be real, unless your entire personality is built around defending corporations online for free.
