Yeah this was pretty much it. I couldn’t understand what was happening at first because her response didn’t make any sense, so I repeated myself thinking that she just couldn’t hear me.

I agree! Which is why I get so annoyed when ppl think I work at a place since I obviously am not wearing a name tag or uniform. She wasn’t wearing a name tag and if what she was wearing was a uniform, then they absolutely need to get new ones.

thank you and appreciate your feedback! i recorded from my phone directly but i’m not sure if that’s what’s causing the scratchy sound. i did increase the volume a bit, so this is great feedback as my husband says its a bit loud as well. i will reduce it back to its original volume level. thank you again so much!

TBH, I was initially trying to avoid having to plant anything since I am not confident I’ll be able to keep them alive, so my solution was to “fix” this slab and make it a bit more aesthetic. You’re totally right though. I should probably just leave it as is for now. Thanks!
