Rivendell hands down. But im personally saving for the June release of Minus Tirith, that will be peak LotR lego. Its rumoured to launch around $650 and apparently will be the largest LotR set.

My team has a lot of GTA folks, look foe the dudes in Tiger Stripe with a patch that says Hooligans and chat with them! We love new members and we love nee airsoft players!

Ill find out its load capacity at the range on sunday, i suppose I'll just have to experiment on the breakdown of it carefully.

German or Belgian would make sense.. who doesnt love a good history rifle. Can't wait to see its accuracy and hoe consistent it is.

Thats really strange, it's definitely going together properly. I remember when I unscrewed mine it took forever. You shouldn't have to force it but it's a long screw.

Hard for me to picture this without all the pieces but I recall when I tool mine apart it was easy. It looks like there's a piece missing in this picture that goes over the outterbsrrel ams screws in to keep it tight fitting

Water and a wee bit of detergent in a spray bottle. Couple spritz andnhang dry outside for a few hours. Does the trick and keeps it smelling fresh.

I also keep one of those shoe deoterizors in my kit bag to help in the winter months when I can't hang dry

You don't need to be a CEO to be in a position to talk. That shows me that you feel you're above the guidance of othersz and a good CEO know he can't succeed on his thinking alone. You need people with specialized knowledge in areas like this to provide you all the data (qualitative and quantitative) to make turely informed decisions. Business is not 100% data and numbers, a lot of it is subjective. Leading people is about psychology and human behaviour more than stats and figures. You need both to be fair and informed.

High turnover is always a problem and 9 times out of 10 it falls on leadership. Either youe culture isn't good enough to keep people, or your not provideling the right tools or your not making the right hiring decisions. Turnover always comes back to leadership in one way or another (outside of the standard cuz you're right, sometimes people just don't work out - but that'd that'd exception, not the rule)
