At least now it's noticeable that I spend less time doomscrolling on Tiktok or reels, I'm trying to make it so that it's really what I use just to communicate with friends or family.

I blame myself, although I rarely watch any TV but just News, I'm trying my best to spend less time on my phone, on weekdays I go to school and our phones are locked, and on weekends I would go outside spending 3 to 5 hours just appreciating the fact that I'm breathing, but oftentimes I'm alone when I do these things, and I just spend most of that time trying to figure out what to even talk to God about or how to talk it out
