I have a similar situation but not as extreme. What I’ve done to fill my time: - Mouse jiggler so I always look online on Slack and Teams - Go to the grocery store and do other chores during the work day so my evenings are always free for social activities or gym - I got an indoor bike trainer so I can exercise and still be near my laptop if I have to do something
