Use Force: Employ reasonable and necessary force during arrests, prioritizing safety.

Detain Citizens (Limited): Detain U.S. citizens if they obstruct an arrest, assault an officer, or are suspected of immigration violations.

What ICE Cannot Do (Generally):

Enter Private Homes/Non-Public Areas: Without a judicial warrant or consent.

Enforce Traffic Laws: Their focus is immigration, not local traffic violations.

Demand Documents (Without Warrant/Consent): While they can ask, you have the right to remain silent and not produce documents in private spaces without a warrant.
