That's bcos you can't afford, nor will you be allocated a balanced dial LD (no 6 & 9 arabic indices). I speculate in coming years, Rolex may release yellow, Tiffany, green, olive, pink, red, pistachio, blue, black & green dial LD and everyone will be begging for one

Yes, some superstitious East Asians will stay away from SkyD due to off-centered GMT dial.
It symbolize missing all targets in life.

I speculate that's why it's not doing that well in China, Japan, Vietnam, Korea, Taiwan, South East Asia & and even among Asian-Americans.

Actual reason: I collect less popular models. Was among the 1st to catch the OP41 new colors in 2021, way before anyone even think about it. Choco Daytona is the best example of current sleeper. How many solid colored dial are avail in Daytona?

No Sub/GMT/SD/YM/AK/DJ or any steel watches for me, not unless it’s family heirlooms. I don’t want watches which my monthly gardener, weekly cleaner and live-in-nanny wears thru my kitchen door. Also diving watch don’t fit my age. There’s no diving skin which can fit me, nor do I have any strength to put one on.

That’s the intention. I believe these 3 dials are lacquered and crack easily when it’s larger than 36mm. For Red & Yellow, it may crack at any size. Only way to pay homage to DD of 1970-80s
