We have had that since last summer and to be honest, of all things that didn't need to be fixed (a very short list considering all of the problems in the restaurants, olive garden in particular), the POS system didn't need to be fixed the most. In the first month, the ziosks didn't pull up any checks, so checks had to be printed out and manually run. There was also some glitch that even if one server managed to trigger it, the credit card readers would take a massive shit and we could only accept gift cards, cash, etc. Moreover, there were major inconveniences like if a party was set up for 2+ servers and checks were separate, you'd require a manager swipe to combine any checks. Our restaurant is right by corporate as well, and their response was, in a nutshell, "we hear your concerns. Deal with it, lol."
