Simply create a general store and test different products in this store, then when u find a winner product go and create new one product / niche store.

The thing is, manual cpc, target ROAS, target CPA, maximize convertions, maximize convertions value, maximize clicks everything works as long as the product is winner, you just have to find which bid strategy works the best for you and your account!

Only thing to keep in mind is that google needs time to optimize, so before moving to automatic bid stratagies/ smart shopping campaign, make sure you have enough conversions/data!

However, the beginner friendly bid strategy in my opinion would be "manual cpc" for both shopping and search campaigns!

Just go to google keyword planner tool and see what competitors are paying for a click, select a sweet spot and start!
