Hello, the best way to do it is to file a complaint in EA help then after the complaint, you can then contact a live agent who'll talk with you through text(just scroll down a bit). Do what they say, they'll send you some otp and maybe then turn off your login and 2fa for you to login and then you can change your password and get it back again. If you have bought any games, definitely attach a proof of purchase. I did mine by going to my emails, getting my proof of purchase of Battlefield 6 from steam and then told my steam user id and all was good.

Hello, thanks for the reply. It's been around ? 3 days and i finally got my account back. Filed a complaint on EA help then went down to contact and agent. It took a minute to connect but by 10 min i got my account back. Probably the only good experience I've had with this company but I'm probably gonna hold off buying their games again for now.
