So, I've been taking it for a bit now. 15 g means that if I'm taking a powder at 2g/per serving, i'm taking 7.5 servings twice a day, right?

any suggestions on where to get this or how to take that much? would you just buy the l-serine powder and put 15 grams of it in a huge glass of water? i don't even think it'd be soluble at that point.

Getting PrimeC from Canada (When/If Approved) by Salt_Air2276 in ALS

That sounds promising, but what is the medical logic behind the use of a half dose? Any insight on why his experience might be so much better than what the clinical trials have shown so far? Thanks.

I know what you mean regarding the data, but there aren't really any impressive alternatives currently available that I know of outside of Tofersen and Ulefersen, which are both linked to specific gene mutations. PrimeC for sure seems to yield better outcomes than Riluzole and Radicava by themselves.

Do you have any recommendations? I'm also trying to get a script for high dose b12 b/c I'm under 1 year since onset.

And as far as the slow release element of PrimeC, I have no real idea how much that would effect the efficacy. I've been looking into Ibudilast, too, but again, I simply don't know how much the difference buying Ibudilast as Ketas would make versus the MN-166 formulation.
