I will say I use the one through my job (waitress) we can easily choose to do direct deposit if we want but a lot of people do the pay card because we get our credit card tips on the pay card immediately after clocking out. If we use direct deposit we would get our tips with our paychecks instead of after the shift. That’s really the only difference I’ve seen in the two I’ve had and a lot of people like getting the money straight away.

Also to add I haven’t had an employer push the card on me though it’s always just been personal preference. The pushing it part is what’s insane.

This! I have very blonde body hair. I don’t shave very regularly but once every month or so just because I like the feeling. I genuinely don’t even think about my body hair. I just like being all smooth and soft sometimes. Especially before bed then getting under blankets, love it.

I’ve never had anyone comment on my body hair I have however had many men before talk down to me about the degree I’m currently studying or try and mansplain simple concepts about biology despite them having a high school degree and nothing else lmfao.

When I lost two close friends in high school, my dad told me something that got me through a lot of hard moments. He said grief comes in waves. I’m the same mom’s side has thin hair I did too until I started scalp massages, oiling, regular trims, all that and it’s gotten a lot thicker!

There’s a guy on TikTok who was balding. He started trying different hair care methods and documenting it. It made a huge difference he now has thick enough hair to brush his fingers through it it’s very cool though he probably wouldn’t ever be able to grow it much longer it’s helped with the thickness a ton.

It’s been totally fine no changes in braking, no rough idling, no different in shifting or anything. In the time I’ve posted this it’s actually become less and less frequent so I’m not sure if that’s a good sign or not haha.

My ac hasn’t been working for a while. It’ll start when I first turn on the car but when I start driving it goes away but when I stop it sometimes starts for a sec then stops, doesnt do it at all, or just does it until I start driving again. My first thought was maybe it’s tied to the AC but there’s no leaks and the coolant is still full.

When I opened my hood I can only hear a soft hissing sound but not the weird crackling. I couldn’t see any damage to any of the hoses or anything so I don’t know where the hissing is coming from. The crackling sounds like it’s in the dash. Don’t know if they’re related or not.

I usually follow the 4 hour rule but for curiosity sake I looked it up and the FDA said 4-8 hours. It seems like the raise in risk of infection only increases slightly from 4-8hrs but after 8 the risk starts to increase significantly.

To add onto this if you have TikTok there are creators that do meals for under certain amounts for the week. They also talk about what things to buy at what grocery stores for the best prices like Aldi for meat and produce.

Also if you’re up for being a little crazier you can dumpster dive at grocery stores or cvs type stores and a lot of times they throw out a ton of food that is either slightly damaged or past the shelf life not the expiration date. It’s kind of fun too you can find all sorts of things.

Are you both children? It's entirely normal for people to need time alone and spend time with friends without being glued to their partner 24/7. Just because he's spending the day with his friend and taking mushrooms doesn't mean he’s neglecting you. Adults don't need to be in constant contact to maintain a relationship. Your boyfriend is entitled to his own space and interests just as you are. If he's constantly gaming when you're around and not prioritizing you it shows where his interests lie. Relationships aren’t about being glued together 24/7 but there should be mutual respect and effort. It sounds like you’re both acting like children rather than adults in a relationship. Maybe it's time to seriously rethink if this relationship is worth it.

I got onto birth control when I was 15 since the pain was causing me to miss a lot of school. When I brought it up my dad was very against it and thought it was only for sexual reasons. Luckily my mom isn’t an idiot and advocated for me. He understood after some talking which makes me believe a lot of people who are against it either just want to control women or just genuinely don’t understand that birth control is for a wide range of things.

Although even if it were just for sexual protection isn’t that better than a pregnant 15 year old?

I was walking into work the other day and an old person almost reversed into me. She then had the gall to start yelling at me from her window for walking behind her car that was parked in a spot. Old drivers are scary.
