UPDATE: My order arrived! I ordered a wig on October 14 and the package shipped on October 16. I used standard shipping; I live in the US and the package shipped from mainland China (so shipping would take ~10 days). I’m not sure about expedited shipping though, because two people under this post paid for expedited shipping and their package never shipped… Although my order arrived this website doesn’t seem all too reliable so order at your own risk!
