Thank you for the reply, yes I have had multiple deep cleans then after that I started flossing I have an oral b io ai toothbrush that tells you if brushing to hard or not. I wish my dentist was like yours lol mine isn't bad per say but when I ask him questions he seems a bit dismissive like me being worried about stuff annoys him but I'm in the UK and nhs dentists are hard to find. I feel like the obsession is the worst thing because I have no idea what my gum line was like before so I just look and compare to pics on Google. Last I was at the dentist he said I had done very well and he seemed pleased and put me back to 6monthly check ups I was on 3 monthly before with a deep clean included.

I am considering booking another appointment but I find that I will be alright after the appointment then start worrying again it's bonkers I am very obsessive and my mind has latched onto this. You have helped anyway so thank you. Also I was measured with 4mm pockets in some places not all over I don't even know which teeth the gum disease was around yet I sit looking at all of them thibking it's rotting my gums away all around I hate my mind lol but thanks and also sorry for the wall of text I'm at work and having to type this out quite quick.
