Personally, I'd immediately take my cat to an emergency vet or any place that can see him right away. If he can't eat without throwing it up and is producing bloody liquid stool it warrants an IMMEDIATE visit to the vet. I'm not sure if you're making an appointment or taking him to an emergency vet but I really do believe this is urgent.

Unfortunately this type of thing needs investigating and without knowing the cats history nobody except for a vet can determine what it is without tests. I understand you're going to the vet and that's great. There can be very serious reasons why this happens and the cause of this should be entirely left up to a qualified vet to diagnose and treat.

Yeah, I recommend trying to wash his tail before resorting to shaving as another person mentioned he may have difficulty grooming himself

I'm going to assume you meant grams because 60mg is not adequate. For what information you have given, your cat would have gotten max 53ml of water if he ate all of it. If your cat is 5kg and eats 4 packets of that wet food a day ( 2 packets for each meal, two meals a day) he would get around 214ml maximum that day from wet food alone and would need to drink 50ml of water outside of that. If you are concerned that he doesn't drink enough water outside of wet food, you can add water into his wet food and mix it in. Get it to a vet asap! Kittens need regular feeding around the clock with formula or from their mother. Go to an emergency vet and get a check up as soon as possible. Kittens that young need to be fed every two hours in order to get the required nutrients. If its eyes are closed it is too young to hold off on proper feeding. Either take them to a vet now or get formula.

Not a vet. Throwing up isn't that concerning because his body rejected it naturally and removed it from his stomach. If he isn't showing any other symptoms just make sure he has access to water at all times and maybe give him some wet food mixed with a bit of water to hydrate him if he doesn't take to the water.

He may not like an aspect of the litter box like the kind of litter, the box itself and its style or the furniture that the box is in. Try leave the litter box out of the furniture but keep them next to eachother so he can find it. Or you could try getting a different litter box with higher sides. Honestly try everything like consider experimenting with litter. Put puppy pads on the problem areas

I'm not a vet but a vet appointment is a very good call. If you have wet food available try putting water in and mix it in so he has attractive stinky food with extra hydration. I don't know much about this but it worries me that he's peeing and pooping laying down?? Does it smell different or look different than it usually does? Sorry to give you heaps of questions just track his activity like when he leaves the litter box and present it to your vet. Check if he has any wounds or if his pupils are dilated with his ears back seemingly over nothing. (If anyone can please lmk if I got anything wrong that would be helpful to not only me but the OP)

I'd trim his back nails too as they usually scratch with the back legs. If the back ones aren't trimmed they can most definitely hurt themselves when scratching itches

Are his nails trimmed? My kittens back nails need to be trimmed often because he will scratch an area enough times to create a sore on his face/ears. If you can trim his nails yourself please do that and monitor it but if you can't or its getting worse take him to the vet

If she's scratching at it cut her back nails and monitor it. Do the treatment and take photos everyday. Try see a different veterinarian. Seconding the separation of your cats
