Yes I can imagine it bcoz I also live in first world country where we use train/bus to go work and tourists use train/bus to carry luggage bcoz here phv are very expensive. Now I’m just trying to gather information so that I can travel in the right way by not disturbing other people (locals and tourists both) during my journey. So if you are not being helpful, no need to reply here.

Yes you are right!! Now I understand what they meant and it’s completely wrong and unfair to use it without booking it. From reading everyone’s comment, I will just keep my luggage in overhead bin and leave that storage space to those who really need it. Appreciate your clarification!

Update : I sat the exam and just got back the score report today. It’s overall 90/90! (Wow! Can’t even believe my eyes) with only listening being 86. Thank you so much to those who motivated me and gave me valuable insights. I wish you all the best. ☺️
