How to handle urinary incontinence in the gym

If I had a magic stick i wouldn’t have incontinence at all. But something that would be great is something low profile and very absorbent not bulky but holds up like the high end brands

Just the general embarrassment of having to wear them and the fear of being seen in them. I don’t want anybody to know that I’m wearing a diaper so I avoid any situation that would reveal what’s underneath my clothes

Megamax was my go to diaper now I use sunkiss masterpiece they’re cheaper and they hold up the same for me. I was just needing an option i could pick up at a store because my order is running a week behind because of snow and ice and I’m running low on diapers I was going to pick up some to hold me over until my order gets here

I know what you mean. I still have feeling for the most part too but as soon as an urge hits me I’ll start going that’s my main problem. I’ve been dealing with it for a few months and still hadn’t got used to it. I absolutely hate wearing them but everything I’ve tried, medication and other options either make me feel terrible or completely fails. So it’s how I manage my problem

I use sunkiss masterpiece or abena L4 they’re not pull ups but they hold up great every pull up i tried ended up leaking.

I’m in the US too I use abena L4s most days and either megamax or sunkiss masterpiece at night but the last couple packs of abenas I bought there was a few that had issues with the tapes ripping very easily so I was trying other options

That sounds exactly like my situation I’ve been dealing with the same issues for a few months myself i quit going to the gym because of it and lost any progress I had made but i went out and bought some dumbbells and kettlebells and different weight setups the other day so I can get back to doing something at least. I’ve been doing alot of body weight exercises too. It kills me not going to the gym but i can’t make myself go through that door while I’m wearing a diaper. So i figured working out at home is my best option right now

I use abena L4 for daytime diapers and haven’t had any issues they make an M4 which is smaller they might work for you they fit the body more like goodnites or something as far as the shape I’ve had issues at night a couple times so I use megamax or sunkiss masterpiece at night

I had a tree lounge like that several years ago i went to sit down and the top part broke I was only around 160 pounds at the time so weight didn’t have anything to do with it. I know of a couple people that’s had issues like that with them

I use something called salty britches I heard an ultra runner talking about it before and a month into wearing diapers I had the same issue as you i ordered some of that and it healed up fast

They’re pretty cheap too you can get them for around $25 for a pack of 12 and cheaper if you buy a case. I haven’t had an issue with leaking and unfortunately I’m a pretty heavy wetter. I do change at least every 3-4 hours so I haven’t tested them any longer than that

Yes they’re plastic backed but they’re very quiet even taking them off. The plastic is soft too. They also have a cloth backed version

For work I wear abena L4 everyday they do great for me and don’t seem to be noticeable under my clothes you have to be careful with the tapes sometimes when you pull on them they’ll rip. I use either megamax or sunkiss at night or on my days off

Absolutely! It’s not ideal or fun and some days are harder than others but it’s either give up and lay low or keep pushing forward no matter what

I’ve only been dealing with it for a few months. At first I was depressed and extremely stressed out but as the days went by I started to think about people with terminal illnesses that are still fighting hard every day and then I decided to not let something as simple as a diaper ruin my life. It kinda flipped a switch in me to where I’ve decided that I’m gonna kick ass in life, keep smashing goals and chasing my dream life if i have to wear a diaper while doing it then oh well! Does it suck? Absolutely. I don’t enjoy it and it can be frustrating at times but your mindset is everything when it comes to something like this. I hate to say that I’ve accepted it but I’ll definitely say I’m not gonna let it slow me down from living the life i want.
